The double blades provide greater suction power, lifting the foliage and ensuring even flat-lying tops are cut. In addition to increased suction, the upper blade offers extra shredding action. This cuts the tops into smaller pieces, making them easier to separate from the onions. The blades are made from high-quality steel. The VSS AMAC LKU is available in various working widths: 1.7m, 2.15m, 2.45m, and 3.2m. The LKU comes standard with manually adjustable depth wheels, but an optional automatic depth control system can be operated from the tractor. The VSS AMAC LKU is suitable not only for onion cultivation but also for various other crops, including carrots, beets, first-year onion sets and lilies.
