DragoGT - Unique in the world equipped with automatic self-adjusting suspension deck plates.
DragoGT, won the Technical Innovation Awards in many International Fairs: Eima Bologna, Fieragricola Verona, Fima of Zaragoza and Fiera della Meccanizzazione Agricola of Savigliano. DragoGT besides being equipped with Automatic Self-Adjusting Deck Plates such as Drago2, is equipped with Suspension Deck Plates (Olimac world patent). A special suspension device able to absorb the impact of the ears on the plates: separation takes place gently, avoiding losing kernels between the plates and the ears do not bounce out. In addition, thanks to a hyper-dimensioned auger, obstructions are eliminated and the down corn is collected without any problems. This way, the combine-harvester is always used at its best.
Another patent from Olimac is the Double Stalk Chopper Scissor Effect. Four blades work on each row, two on one side and two on the opposite side but with inverted rotation, like a scissor. With this device the stalks are doubly shuttered and the chopping is much finer: the product on the ground decomposes much rapidly.
DragoGT is equipped with a new hyper dimensioned auger (Ø 500 mm, the biggest in the sector) allowing higher forward speed in down and dry corn, so to avoid obstruction and lose of kernels.
