With the launch of the ECOLINEAIR BSA expands its proven ECOLINE series series with a powerful vacuum tanker variant designed for medium to smaller slurry volumes. Manufactured to BSA’s renowned standards, the new series offers maximum flexibility thanks to its modular design, enabling customised configurations and easy retrofitting. Optimised driving characteristics, outstanding efficiency, and an attractive price-performance ratio make the ECOLINEAIR the ideal solution for farms with moderate slurry requirements.
Vacuum Technology for Versatile Applications
The vacuum tankers of the ECOLINEAIR series are based on BSA’s established and continuously developed modular tanker technology. Available in sizes 100, 125, 140, 155, and 185, these tankers set the benchmark for technical standards: standard hot-dip galvanisation inside and out, improved drawbar load, and optimised handling thanks to a low centre of gravity.
„As with the ECOLINEAIR, we aim to make high-performance pump tanker technology, originally developed for large contractors, accessible to medium-sized farms or part-time farmers with slurry volumes of up to 5,000 m³ per year. By deliberately limiting equipment and retrofit options, we can offer an attractive price point without compromising on quality or efficiency,” explains Product Manager Thomas Perlik.
Streamlined Equipment and Retrofit Options
The ECOLINEAIR, ideal for grassland and arable farming, intentionally reduces accessories and retrofit options that are unnecessary for average farm sizes. This results in weight savings and further minimises soil compaction. A major advantage for soil protection is the standard 750/60R30.5 radial tyres, available from the VTW100 model upwards.
Nevertheless, selected options such as a two-chamber system for drawbar load management, a suction arm with fixed swivel joint (right side), or a sliding cover can be retrofitted.
TURBOCUT– Compact Power for Maximum Performance
A true highlight of the new vacuum tanker generation is the innovative TURBOCUT** combination unit. This feature elevates the performance of the vacuum tanker to a new level, giving it almost the filling characteristics of a pump tanker. It combines a powerful cutting unit with an integrated turbo-filling system, a large-diameter 8-inch suction arm, and dual-sided intake valves—all in a compact, econ
omical module.
Key Advantages at a Glance:
· Turbo Cutting Unit: Provides additional suction directly at the cutting mechanism, enabling efficient intake even of fibrous slurry—without blockages.
· 8-Inch Suction Arm: Ensures high delivery rates and flexible suction, even under challenging conditions.
· Dual-Sided Intake Valves: Allow manual suction from both sides—ideal for stationary applications or external filling.
· Plug & Play: The entire unit is modular and can be integrated into almost all BSA tankers.
With a minimal hydraulic power requirement of just 60 l/min, TURBOCUT offers an economical solution for modern slurry technology.
Practical Equipment for Precise Application
Naturally, the ECOLINEAIR tankers are equipped with the proven 8-hole multi-bar, making them perfectly prepared for the attachment of low-emission distribution technology such as drag hose and drag shoe booms—with working widths of up to 15 metres.
Upon request, the ECOLINEAIR series tankers can be painted in addition to the standard galvanisation. Galvanisation according to DIN EN ISO 1461 guarantees a durable, high-quality finish—ideal for farms that value a professional appearance.
The ECOLINEAIR combines the technical excellence of the modular tanker generation with practical features for everyday use, resulting in a cost-effective solution that gives medium-sized farms access to BSA’s proven vacuum tanker technology.
