Primarily Grain cleaner PRECLEAN – A MODERN SOLUTION FOR EFFECTIVE HARVEST PROCESSING

It provides preliminary cleaning of grains, legumes, industrial, and oilseeds before drying and further storage.

With its powerful airflow and mesh conveyor, the separator easily removes light and large impurities.

• Prepares grain and seeds for drying.
• Increases the efficiency of subsequent cleaning.
• Protects equipment from damage (removes stones, birds, and other items that could damage the equipment).

SIMPLE TO OPERATE AND ADJUST

The separator requires no complex commissioning, as it has only a few  types of adjustments: adjusting the suction power of the fan using a  damper and the possibility to select a mesh for any grain and oilseed  crops. Additionally, the PreClean separator:

1. Has compact sizes. Delivered fully assembled and requires no installation.
2. Cause no vibration loads.
3. Has low noise level.
4. Equipped with a built-in aspiration system.

The separator does not require additional installation of cyclones or  fans, as it already includes a closed aspiration chamber with a n auger  for removing light impurities. Therefore it needs significantly less  space in the elevator cage.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The separator works on the principle of separating impurities using:

• Airflow (by weight) and
• Mesh conveyor (by size).

The grain undergoes several stages of cleaning:

1. Large impurities (stones, straw) remain on the mesh conveyor and are discharged separately.
2. Light impurities (chaff, dust) are removed by the airflow, which  carries them to the settling chamber, from where they are removed by the  screw.
3. The cleaned product is discharged from the separator.

Even grain distribution is ensured by a feeder with a separate electric drive.
