B.Smart – the intelligent fuel dispenser!
Drivers, vehicles, and fuel dispensers (any number of stations) for diesel, AdBlue®, or gasoline are created and approved by the administrator in the cloud.
No extra software is required, only a web browser.
Whether you work with Windows, Linux, or Mac, with a PC, tablet, or MacBook, the system can always be operated and all refueling processes can be accessed anywhere.
Here's how it works:
The driver's smartphone (minimum requirement iOS 10 or Android 4.4) connects to the B.Smart fuel dispenser via Bluetooth using an app.
The app is available free of charge for Apple and Android systems.
Once access authorization has been granted, a multi-step query can be performed before refueling: License plate number
Mileage or operating hours
Quantity preselection
After refueling, the data is automatically transferred from the user's smartphone to the cloud.
Advantages of the B.Smart system:
If the system is operated at a location with poor or no GSM reception, the refueling data is automatically transferred to the cloud as soon as the driver is back in the mobile network.
Once the data has been transferred, the administrator can track every new refueling process in real time.
A maximum of 500 users can refuel at the diesel filling station.
Any number of B.Smart systems can be managed via the cloud.
Suitable for all smartphones with iOS or Android operating systems.
Many filter options are available.
Data can be exported from the cloud as a PDF or XLSX file.
Drivers do not need transponders or magnetic keys, but these are available as an option if desired (see text below).
The pump does not require serial interfaces or expensive and sensitive LAN or Wi-Fi modules.
No follow-up costs for upgrades to your operating system.
No monthly or annual costs for the cloud – when you purchase the system, you receive approvals for 10 users.
Packages for 10 users can be purchased at any time.
NEW: Some customers do not want their employees to use their private smartphones to obtain fuel approval, which is not a problem! B.Smart can now also be operated via any tablet (with SIM card). This tablet is installed at the fuel pump and used as a “keyboard.” Users log in with their individual PIN codes.
