The Strip-Till rotary tiller is the ideal tool for row crops, for 130-220 HP tractors. This machine effectively combines the benefits of conventional tillage with the advantages of no-tillage, involving only the portion of soil that receives the seed row, while ensuring the minimal soil disturbance necessary for successful agricultural production.
Depending on the width of the row, up to 70% of the soil surface is not worked. This not only protects the soil from erosion and drying, but also reduces working times and costs by creating a perfect seed bed for row crops, in a single pass. Untilled strips help preventing from erosion and compaction while preserving soil moisture.The tools work at a depth between 15 and 25 cm and can be easily adjusted to the desired depth.
