eForce Assist is a force feedback device that assists in bringing an automotive-like driving experience to off-highway machinery such as tractors and sprayers, especially when traveling at high speeds on-road. Coinciding with the growing size and power of farm machinery is an increase in the speed at which the vehicles travel. The concept involves adding an electric motor and controller to the mechanical shaft between the steering wheel and the steering unit. This provides haptic force feedback to the operator through the steering wheel.

eForce Assist is a SIL 3 fail operational solution that enables configuration of multiple torque profiles that can be tailored to different driving situations.
