EURO-Jabelmann XXL Slurry Separators – Mobile, Self-Sufficient and High-Performance

Our mobile slurry separators are designed in XXL format specifically for large-scale use on dairy farms and in biogas plants. All units operate completely self-sufficiently and offer well-engineered solutions for high throughput rates, robust continuous performance, and flexible deployment options.

To meet the diverse practical requirements, we offer our separator technology in three configurations: truck-mounted, trailer-mounted, and swap body systems.

In the truck-mounted version, the separator unit is installed directly onto a suitable truck chassis. This solution is particularly attractive if a vehicle is already available and maximum mobility is required. The truck can be used flexibly for road transport and brings the complete separator system – including pumps, control system, and discharge units – directly to the site. Powerful BÖRGER separators achieve throughputs of up to 280 m³/h, while the upstream rotor screen reliably removes coarse materials. A Siemens control cabinet with remote service module ensures safe and intuitive operation.

The trailer-mounted version combines maximum performance with an independent transport solution. The entire unit is mounted on a tandem trailer, which can be moved independently of the towing vehicle. This setup is especially suitable for contractors or machinery rings that regularly serve different locations. Identical separator and pumping technologies ensure consistent separation quality and long service life.

The swap body version offers the highest flexibility in handling: the separator unit is installed on a standardized 30-foot swap body, allowing it to be quickly picked up, set down, or repositioned by truck or crane. This solution is ideal for farms or service providers covering multiple sites and wanting to integrate the unit seamlessly into existing transport logistics. An integrated solids discharge conveyor and hydraulically controlled liquid removal complete the package.
