Wood Chipper description：
·TÜV SÜD tested and approved robust tractor PTO hydraulic wood chipper.
· The BX72RS disc chipper is used for shredding branches and tree trunks with a diameter of up to 17.8 cm, and with suckers up to 30 cm.
·The chipper with a three-point suspension system is designed to work with an agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 50 HP.
·The chipper is equipped with some improvements that improve safety and work efficiency according to the latest EU directives EN 13525:2020 (E-STOP).
·The machine will work after pressing the start button. This makes sure operator safely.
· It has a feed hopper equipped with a hydraulic self-collecting material mechanism , consisting of two feed rollers that pull material into the cutting chamber of the chipper, driven by high-power hydraulic motors.
·The material pickup mechanism has a smooth 10-step pickup speed regulator , a material dispensing function with a start and an emergency stop.
·The drive of the hydraulic system is powered by a pump installed in the chipper.
·The drive is transmitted through the PTO shaft from the tractor's PTO shaft.
·The produced chips are thrown out through a pipe rotated 290° in relation to the base of the chipper.
·The massive cutting disc of the chipper is equipped with 4 double-sided sharpened knives + one counter knife mounted in the base of the chipper.
·Additionally, the chipper disc is equipped with breakers (blades) that crush the obtained wood to a size of 20-60 mm.
·The BX72RS chipper is equipped with a massive cutting disc with a diameter of 750 mm and a thickness of 27 mm , the weight of the disc is 95 kg. Thanks to this, unlike drum or roller chippers, disc chippers do not burden the engine to a large extent, because the cutting resistance is overcome by the rotational force of the cutting disc.
·The chipper also has a latch that locks the disc , which facilitates the replacement of knives .
·Equipped with a safety pin, which is cut off if the machine is too loaded and disconnects the direct drive.
·The chipper is equipped with disc ventilation.
·It has a lock for continuous operation , feeding mode, neutral mode and material withdrawal from the throat.
·All bearings are protected against ingress of dust, chips, etc., and are lubricated through easily accessible lubricants.
