The PSS is a sieves separator-cleaner designed for the milling industry, built for environments requiring high hourly throughput and long-term reliability, ensuring thorough cleaning of the product from various types of impurities.
The product is evenly distributed onto the sieve, where it undergoes a two-stage cleaning process. A crossflow of air removes light particles in the first phase, followed by calibrated sieving that separates impurities by size and shape. A second airflow eliminates remaining light residues and fine dust:
- 18 sieves for a total 20,25 m2 of cleaning surface
- up to 200t/h capacity
- 2 airflows for fine dust cleaning
