The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is made of high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy steel, and undergoes quenching and tempering, medium frequency induction hardening, grinding and polishing processes to ensure the strength, straightness and roughness of the piston rod. Seals are selected from well-known brands, which can effectively play a sealing role. If needed, the hydraulic cylinder can be equipped with a buffer structure, which can effectively reduce the impact of the piston on the cylinder bottom and cylinder liner, and prolong the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
