The Bioselect RC is known for its sophisticated operating principle. With throughput capacities of up to 250 m³/h, it is one of the most powerful separators in the world.
The patented Multi Disc sealing technology guarantees safe operation. The degree of thickening is infinitely adjustable between 15 and 38 % dry matter content.
The new Bioselect RC 250 is being presented for the first time. The high-performance separator achieves throughput rates of up to 250 m³/h per unit. With its adjustable press area length and the new Multi Disc vario, the Bioselect RC 250 can be quickly and easily adapted to changing media (e.g., cattle or pig manure, fermentation substrate), the fiber structure, the temperature, and the ingredients of the medium to be separated. The results are increased throughput rates, maximum breakthrough reliability, improved service life, and significant energy savings. The new technology was awarded a Silver Innovation Award by the DLG.
The Bioselect BS is specially designed for the effective thickening of slurry and digestate. In a completely closed system, the separator thickens the input substrate to a solids concentrate with a dry matter content of 5 - 22 %. The degree of thickening is infinitely adjustable.
