The best comes last: Following the panel discussion on successful cooperation between farmers and start-ups, we would like to offer a very special event. The Einbecker Brewery also has a special partnership with both contract farmers who grow malting barley and the start-up AgDoIT. We are taking this as an opportunity for a culinary finale: Thorsten Eikenberg, beer sommelier at the traditional Einbecker brewery in southern Lower Saxony, will guide us through a selection of the brewery's beers and non-alcoholic beverages in a relaxed atmosphere, which we will then be able to taste directly.
