About the Speaker

AGAi — Soil-First AI for Real Decisions, Field by Field

Agriculture runs on tough calls: crops, timing, inputs, weather, prices. Yet most farms still juggle Excel, WhatsApp, and gut feel. AGAi changes that with a soil-first, agentic AI ensemble that turns scattered data into parzellenscharfe Mehrjahres-Entscheidungen—from crop rotation and nutrient plans to disease risk, erosion and yield outlooks.

A modular system of AI “agents” trained on agronomy tasks. We fuse soil tests, digital soil maps/models, field boundaries (GIS), DEM/topography, weather & operations data, and historical archives via OCR/NLP. Results are explainable, with uncertainty bands, and can run edge-nah/energieeffizient (xLSTM/LNN). Farmers don’t need another dashboard—they ask a question and get a better answer. Processors and co-ops gain planning reliability across suppliers.

Who benefits

Farmers: rotation sequencing, nutrient timing, disease/abiotic stress forecasts, erosion-aware field management.
Processors/co-ops: supply stability, quality risk visibility, acreage steering, compliance & certification data.
Advisors/labs: integrated workflows, consistent baselines, decision transparency.
Why now
Climate variability, input volatility, labor pressure—and the push for measurable sustainability—demand decisions grounded in soil function. Satellite-only views miss what matters underground. AGAi starts in the soil, then scales outward.

EY Rising Star, UC Berkeley Bootcamp (Gewinner 2025), Greenstart Top-10, TED AI Insider. Integration im Ökosystem TUM Venture Labs FAB; enge Anbindung an Praxispartner.

Business model
Queries-as-a-Service (€/ha·Saison) mit Agent-Bundles; API/White-Label für Multiplikatoren; optionale Services für Datenhebung & Integration. EU-datensouverän, On-prem/Edge möglich.

See us live — Farm Intelligence: AI Agronomy & Operations
We’ll show how soil-first agents deliver tangible value in <120 Sekunden:

What a grower asks → what the agent computes → how the field decision changes.
How processors use the same engine for planning & quality risk across hundreds of fields.
Looking for
Pilot-ready processors/co-ops, grower groups, labs/advisors and OEM/AgTech partners seeking explainable, soil-grounded intelligence that scales.

AGAi — Intelligent decisions from the soil up.

Rapid Fire Start-up Pitch Competition - Part 2

Rapid Fire Start-up Pitch Competition @ AGRITECHNICA 2025 - The main event for start-ups and the innovation community at AGRITECHNICA!

Join us for the Rapid Fire Start-up Pitch Competition, where exhibiting start-ups take the spotlight in a high-energy pitch battle. Each start-up has just one slide and 120 seconds to convince the audience of the power and potential of their technology or innovation.

Which of the startups wins the 2,500 € (1st), 1,500 € (2nd) and 1,000 € (3rd) cash prize? You decide! Through live audience voting, the three most compelling startups are awarded.
