TimberCroc’s trailer range, launched last month, has been designed to make timber handling safer, easier, and more reliable. After a full year of trialling and testing in real-world conditions, the range has been refined to meet the needs of farmers, foresters, and timber suppliers.
Des Geraghty, founder of TimberCroc, explains, “When we design trailers, we think about how people actually work in the field. You’re not in a factory or an office, you’re on rough ground, moving heavy timber, and the last thing you need is equipment that slows you down or puts you at risk.”
A Range Built for Real-World Work
The TimberCroc Trailer Range includes lightweight single axle trailers for easier manoeuvrability, robust four-wheel tandem axle trailers for heavier loads, and trailers with interchangeable bodies and hoists for flexible, multi-purpose use. Ground clearance of up to 400mm allows movement over tree stumps and uneven terrain, while carrying capacities from 500kg to 750kg make them suitable for almost any timber-handling task.
Chainsaw carriers and optional baskets keep tools secure and within reach, reducing the risk of accidents or lost equipment. Galvanised finishes and detachable tow bars make the trailers durable, reliable, and easy to maintain for years of heavy use.
“These trailers are built to last,” adds Des. “We don’t want people replacing them every season. They need to work for years and make timber handling safer and simpler.”
Sustainable, Practical, and Tested
This trailer range reflects TimberCroc’s philosophy of building equipment that lasts. By designing tools to withstand real conditions, the company helps reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support safer work practices across farms and forests.
