At Agritechnica, we proudly present our redesigned edge compactor for the silage compaction roller. An innovation that ensures even more consistent and efficient compaction results.
Thanks to an additional pivot point, the new edge compactor can press independently of the working angle across the full width, resulting in optimal compaction of the silage, right up to the edges.
In addition, the edge compactor is positioned almost in line with the main roller, which provides improved compression in the corners of the silage clamp during operation.
In many other systems, the edge roller is mounted behind the machine, making corner compaction less effective. A clear advantage of our new design.
