At AGRITECHNICA 2025, bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik will unveil the new bema 85 Dual PowerMaster in Hall 26, Stand K31 – a high-performance sweeper designed for continuous heavy-duty use. First introduced at bauma, this model now targets agricultural professionals seeking robust and powerful cleaning solutions for demanding areas of application.

With the bema 85 Dual PowerMaster, bema expands its PowerMaster series with a powerful model for intensive continuous operation. Equipped with an extra-large main brush of 800 mm diameter and a perfectly matched collection container, it offers an outstanding price-performance ratio – ideal for challenging cleaning tasks in agricultural settings. This configuration enables long cleaning intervals and ensures efficient operation even under heavy loads. The Dual system of the collection container provides maximum flexibility: switching between free-sweeping and collecting mode is tool-free and requires no retrofitting.

Robust wheels with reinforced brackets ensure stability and smooth operation, even on rough terrain. Uneven surfaces are effectively balanced by the 3D roller level compensation in combination with the pivot joint. The heart of every PowerMaster sweeper is the compact Hydroblock, which integrates all hydraulic control and safety components. An optional premium version includes a flow control valve and a special pressure relief valve, offering enhanced protection for carrier vehicles with Load-Sensing-System. The internal gerotor motors operate with particularly low-wear and ensure consistently high performance even under intensive use.

The bema 85 Dual PowerMaster is designed for carrier vehicles such as wheel loaders, telehandlers and tractors and will be available from market launch in 2026 in four working widths: 2300, 2600, 2800 and 3200 mm. Like the bema 30, 35 and 75 models, the new PowerMaster is configured according to customer requirements. These include various brush types for the main brush and optional rotary side brushes, a water spray unit for dust reduction and a hydraulic swivel device for greater flexibility in use.

Especially during harvest season and in early autumn, the demands on cleaning technology increase significantly. Especially in wet conditions, heavy contamination such as tyre-borne soil or compacted clay can pose serious safety risks. In such cases, the responsible party is legally obliged to remove the contamination. For these specific requirements, bema offers tailored equipment options.The scraper unit reliably removes even the most stubborn residues. For even more thorough cleaning, the sweeper can be equipped with a pressure water system – available in high or medium pressure versions. Water supply is provided via a 2000-litre rear-mounted tank or alternatively via a slurry tanker or another tank can be used.

Whether fine dust, dirt, clay or tyre marks – all PowerMaster sweepers from bema work quickly, effectively and reliably. With the bema 85 Dual PowerMaster, bema sets new standards in performance and efficiency at an excellent price-performance ratio.
