Alamo Group Europe, a world leader in vegetation and infrastructure maintenance technology, is set to unveil two new self-propelled tool carriers to the European market at Agritechnica 2025 – the Mantis 201P and the Mantis 130K.
Engineered to deliver year-round performance across a wide range of applications, the new Mantis machines combine power, agility, and versatility, providing contractors, municipalities, and infrastructure authorities with a complete maintenance solution.
Mantis 201P – Power for Infrastructure
Powered by a 200hp high-output Deutz engine, the Mantis 201P is purpose-built for large-scale infrastructure maintenance. Designed to operate reach arms of up to 9.0 metres, it delivers exceptional strength and stability across highways, rail corridors, waterways, and more. A 180° rotating cab enhances visibility and operator comfort, while multiple steering modes provide outstanding manoeuvrability in confined environments. Capable of running heavy-duty front attachments including flails, snow equipment, and sweepers, the 201P combines power, reach, and precision for year-round performance.
Mantis 130K – Agility for the City
Compact, agile, and highly versatile, the Mantis 130K is designed for municipal and urban maintenance. Its articulated chassis delivers exceptional manoeuvrability and control, while a high-performance hydraulic system provides the power needed to operate a unique twin reach-arm configuration or a wide range of front- and rear-mounted attachments. With 130hp on tap, the 130K excels in hedge and grass mowing, sweeping, snow clearance, and park maintenance — combining compact dimensions with all-season capability and class-leading control.
One Brand. Two Machines. Every Landscape Covered. All Year Round.
Together, the Mantis 130K and 201Pform a range of carriers that can adapt to almost any environment. By combining strength for infrastructure with agility for municipal care, the new offering enables customers to reduce fleet costs, improve utilisation, and maximise return on investment.
Agritechnica 2025 Debut
Visitors to Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover, Germany (9–15 November) will be the first to see both machines on display in Hall 26, Stand No. 26F52.
