After years of crisis and disrupted supply chains and service intervals, the majority are once again recognising the advantages of local production. For 45 years, JUWEL has relied on in-house production using its own CNC milling machines, its own heat treatment facility, welding shop and trained specialists with an average length of service of 20 years.
As a locally producing but internationally active family business, we are delighted with our success in the agar industry. In recent years in particular, numerous customers have called us with the same problem: the blades of wood chippers need to be replaced regularly, but impact wrenches are too loud, too inaccurate and blades are tightened crookedly or come loose during operation. When talking to suppliers of power wrenches, most manufacturers have outsourced production and merely optimised costs, resulting in a decline in confidence in German tools.
In this context, we are pleased to be able to serve the reputation of German quality tools: robust, tight but suitable tolerances, German steels and German drive units support you in your assembly work.
