CHCD Testing Center was established in 1998. The new test building was put into use in 2018, covering an area of 2,550 square meters. The test and verification facilities are equipped per as DENSO,FORD,VOLVO,BMW and other standards, with more than 200 sets of all kinds of test equipment, and the key test equipment was imported from the United States, Japan, Germany and other countries. The CHCD testing center is the first-class test institution in the domestic auto industry. In 2011,it was approved by the China National Accreditation Commission’s Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (CNAS L5247) in 2011.
In recent years, it has been approved by the customer’s test center , such as Changan, BYD and Chery. At the same time, in 2018, test center has obtained 10 standard instrument certificates issued by the National Defense Science and Technology Commission.
After more than 20 years development, the CHCD testing center has formed the ability to test and evaluate more than 100 kinds of products, such as alternator, starter, wiper motor and assembly, fan motor and assembly, seat-motor, EPS motor, blower motor, magnetos, motorcycle starter and related components, testing standards involving national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards and some international standards. The main test can be implemented is to DV test for types of motor and parts for automobile and motorcycle (such as reliability durability, performance, vibration test, impact test, salt spray test, protection grade test, high and low temperature test, weather resistance test, etc.), as well as the verification and calibration of measuring instruments such as length and electricity.
