Randers (DK) and Alpharetta (GA, US), October 7, 2025 – Aptean Inc., a global leader in AI-driven ERP solutions, today announced the acquisition of JMA A/S (“JMA”), a leading provider of dealer management system solutions for the agricultural, construction, and industrial machinery sectors, headquartered in Randers, Denmark.

Through this acquisition, Aptean strengthens its presence in the Scandinavian markets while enhancing its capabilities in dealer management solutions specifically designed for the agricultural and construction machinery industries.

Founded in 1990, JMA offers its core product DSM (Dealer Service Management), a “mission-critical” software solution that digitally connects all areas of a machinery dealership.

The fully integrated ERP system links sales and CRM, service, inventory, and finance – creating clear structures, optimizing processes, and enabling transparent communication for efficient monitoring and control of all dealership operations.

The experienced team at JMA brings deep industry expertise in one of Aptean’s core segments, “DMS solutions for machinery dealers,” enabling tailored solutions that address the specific needs of this industry.

“JMA has over three decades of experience in developing mission-critical ERP solutions and is already active in Scandinavia, Germany, and the UK,” said TVN Reddy, CEO of Aptean.

“JMA’s product portfolio offers state-of-the-art software solutions developed by a team of seasoned industry experts, specifically designed to meet the complex requirements of machinery dealerships. JMA will play a key role in expanding our ERP capabilities for existing and new customers worldwide. We are delighted to welcome the JMA team and its customers to the Aptean family.”

“Joining Aptean marks a strategic step into the future for JMA,” added Johnny Krogh, former shareholder and continuing Managing Director of JMA.

“It enables us to accelerate our technological development and expand our market presence. We are proud to become part of a global organization that shares our passion for innovation and customer success. This partnership opens up new opportunities for our customers and employees alike. Together with Aptean, we will continue to advance our solutions, create new synergies, and actively shape the future of ERP in the machinery trade. We’re excited to get started.”
