LOVOL's Smart Agriculture Panorama: From Core Equipment to AI Model
At this year's exhibition, the LOVOL booth was undoubtedly a core attraction. From CVT tractors and powershift products to the newly released new energy tractor matrix, star products like China's largest feeding capacity wheat harvester, and the industry-leading Chinese smart agriculture AI model, Weichai LOVOL showcased a complete solution covering the entire chain of "ploughing, planting, management, and harvesting."
Among them, the LOVOL E3404-8H oil-electric hybrid tractor targets pain points in heavy-duty operations like large-plot plowing, subsoiling, and combined land preparation. It adopts an ECVT technical route, achieving a 0-40 km/h stepless speed range. Compared to common hybrid solutions, transmission efficiency is increased by over 10%, and fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 20%. It is equipped with an independently developed floating front axle and a fully wire-controlled heavy-duty chassis entirely employing electro-hydraulic control. The highly integrated intelligent control and human-machine interaction within the floating cab made it a focal point at the exhibition due to its advanced technical route, intelligence, and comfort features.
Designed for modern, intensive ranches, the LOVOL E2000ET-6 pure electric tractor is equipped with a 141 kWh high-safety lithium iron phosphate battery. Paired with various specifications of TMR mixers, it can achieve 4-8 hours of continuous high-intensity operation. Standard features include 1-hour fast charging, intelligent three-electric thermal management technology, and a floating cab. Capable of L2-level unmanned driving, it adopts the industry-leading AMT technical route and a dual-motor direct-drive architecture, offering a 0-1000 r/min stepless, precisely customizable Power Take-Off (PTO). Leveraging the inherent advantages of pure electric drive, its forward-looking technical framework, and highly intelligent human-machine interaction, it perfectly adapts to the precise and intelligent operational needs of ranches.
The LOVOL E504ET-3 pure electric tractor, crafted for small/medium-sized ranches and orchards, features a large-capacity 58 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, intelligent three-electric thermal management technology, 1-hour fast charging, and a maximum endurance of 10 hours. It not only achieves zero emissions and low noise but can also be paired with various compound implements to easily handle tasks like plowing, rotary tilling, and transport. The dual-motor direct drive enables a dual-stepless transmission experience. Full electro-hydraulic intelligent control, L2-level unmanned driving functionality, and a floating cab with noise levels as low as 75 dB offer users a "zero-emission, low-noise, high-intelligence" operational experience.
