- Industrial Ethernet Switches & PoE Technology: Our product development focuses on all-metal housing solutions that comply with EMC standards like EN 50121 or EN 50155 while offering compact dimensions for installation in the tightest control cabinets. By integrating Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoDL), we enable simultaneous transmission of data and power—so that cameras, sensors, and similar devices operate without separate power supplies.
- Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) & High-Speed ISOBUS: As active contributors to the AEF initiative, we are advancing SPE technology (1000Base-T1) to achieve fully digital, IP-based communication reaching all the way to the sensor level in mobile machinery. Our SPE switches are engineered to deliver data rates of 1 Gbit/s over a single twisted pair. This capability underpins High-Speed ISOBUS (HSI), which replaces traditional CAN networks and establishes new benchmarks in real-time functions, sensor fusion, and camera control.
- Industrial-Grade Data Storage: We have developed M12 USB-flash drives and SSD modules capable of withstanding temperatures between –40 °C and +70 °C without compromising data integrity, even in applications subject to significant vibration or shock. Whether installed in control cabinets, machines, or mobile vehicles, our storage solutions securely and durably archive operational data, configuration files, and diagnostic information.
- Certified System Solutions & Engineering Service: Beyond product delivery, we offer extensive consulting and customization services. In close collaboration with our customers, we produce tailored prototypes and conduct comprehensive testing—covering shock, vibration, and EMC. Throughout this process, we ensure complete documentation and conformity with industry-specific certifications (UL, E1, EN 50155, IP65/67).

High-Speed ISOBUS (HSI)
The Future of Agricultural Networking
High-Speed ISOBUS is a collaborative project by the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation (AEF) to develop a modern, Ethernet-based successor to the traditional CAN-based ISOBUS. Terz Industrial Electronics plays a key role by developing SPE switches and networking solutions for mobile agricultural and construction equipment. HSI supports data rates up to 1 Gbit/s, minimal cabling requirements, and enhanced diagnostics – all crucial for modern farming operations .
