Despite the Netherlands' small size, the Dutch agri-tech sector is recognized worldwide as a global leader in cutting-edge solutions and agri-food technologies. Dutch farmers and companies have pioneered technologies that improve yields, reduce environmental impact, and optimize resource use. From precision sensors and robotics to AI-driven data analytics and biotechnology, Dutch innovations are designed to meet the urgent challenges facing global food systems.
In this mission booklet you will find the Dutch companies and organisations that will be represented in the Netherlands Pavilion at the Agritechnica in Hannover from 9 until 15 November 2025.
The Netherlands, Germany and France face similar challenges when it comes to automatization in agriculture. Examples are challenges around investment risks for farmers, high complexity of the systems and, consequently, proper know-how to operate the new technology. What do the Netherlands, Germany and France do to tackle these challenges and speed up digitalization in agriculture? What are the opportunities for collaboration? More information.
No doubt that AI is changing agriculture. It is instrumental in making the most out of field data and crop models, and it is enabling advanced robotic applications. It is helping farmers to tackle societal challenges around sustainability (weeding robots replacing chemicals) and labour shortages (autonomous systems for harvesting, monitoring, sorting, etc.). During this session several innovative startups and scaleups will present their systems and reflect on the developments and adoption in daily farm operations. More information.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, researcher, or policymaker — come meet the Dutch innovators who are redefining the future of sustainable agriculture in Hall 25, Stand 25A13. More information.
