Since1976, we have been designing and manufacturing moulds for plastic moulding and we have been dealing with injection moulding and metal replacement. We have a moulding department with 10 injection moulding machines with a range from 60 to 380 tons of  clamping force, equipped with Kluin Wijhe B.V. injection units, one of the leading company in this field, and Maxi Melt plasticizing screw profiles, specific for families of engineering plastics.This technical equipment, our long moulding expertise, combined with an outstanding knowledge of polymers, a constant updating on the latest technical polymers, and remarkable design skills enables us to offer effective technical solutions to customers in a wide range of sectors and has led us to develop the innovative GREENLIFETIRE, 100% recyclable seeder wheel line.

Our wheels are made of high-quality engeneering plastics, that provide the wheel with superior technical performance: they are more resistant to abrasion, puncture, cutting and tear propagation, tyre bead-unseating, more durable, lighter, have a better elastic response and therefore better soil release and at the same time they are not subject to disposal fees, do not release material fragments into the soil and contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution.
