The autonomous equipment carrier CAESAR is a self-propelled machine for cultivation work in row crops and for vegetable growing.
The drive is based on a diesel engine from HATZ with a rated output of 75 hp.
The working speed is continuously adjustable up to 9 km/h.
Commercially available attachments can be mounted in three mounting zones (front, mid-axle and rear mounting) using standardized three-point hitches (category 1 or 2 optionally).
For the mid PTO and rear PTO speeds of 540 rpm or 1000 rpm are available.
In service mode, a manual radio remote control is used. In autonomous mode, the vehicle can be monitored via mobile phone or tablet. Navigation is satellite-based using RTK technology.
