In an evolving context, where product technologies increasingly tend to converge, FEDERTEC, the Association representing the Italian Industry of Mechatronic Technologies and Components for Fluid Power, Power Transmission, Smart Automation and Control of Industrial Products and Processes, reaffirms itself as the point of reference for the sector of industrial automation, focused on the integration of the different technologies in use and aimed at representing the entire production chain.

The 300 member companies of FEDERTEC represent a leading part of the Italian economy and together, they show very remarkable values, with a sector turnover exceeding 13.3 billion euro and a national market value of 9.6 billion euro at the end of 2024.

Over 60% of Italian production is exported, corresponding to an amount of 8.1 billion euro, with a significant contribution to the trade balance of the sector, registering a positive value of 3.7 billion euro.
