Jiangsu Leap Machine Co., Ltd., established in 1994, is a privately-owned enterprise specializing in the production of precision forgings and machined parts. Covering an area of 50,000 square meters, the company boasts its own independent tooling manufacturing and machining workshops.
The enterprise is located in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province—a central city in the Yangtze River Delta—and enjoys a unique geographical advantage in transportation, being only 200 kilometers away from Shanghai Port.
To meet development needs, Changzhou Leap Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013. The two plants are only 7 kilometers apart. Leap Forging covers an area of 22,000 square meters, with some workshops already utilizing green energy. The company employs skilled engineers and technicians, possessing strong capabilities in tooling design, manufacturing, and product development.
The company primarily focuses on the production of die forgings for automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, rail transit, shipbuilding, and hydraulic applications. The weight of single forgings ranges from 0.5 to 100 kg, with a maximum forging length of up to 1.5 meters. The annual production capacity exceeds 30,000 tons.
Leap Machine and Leap Forging always prioritize customer needs and have established a comprehensive integrated industrial chain process—from tooling design and manufacturing, forging, heat treatment, and machining to final inspection.
We are equipped with advanced mold processing machinery, including gantry machining centers, CNC machining centers, and vacuum furnaces. Our seven forging production lines are outfitted with 5T/6T programmable electro-hydraulic hammers, 630T/1600T hot die forging lines, and a 1600T high-energy electric screw press. Our machining facilities include over a hundred Mazak and Doosan CNC machines, as well as Haas vertical machining centers. Heat treatment equipment includes mesh-belt atmosphere-protected quenching and tempering furnaces, isothermal normalizing furnaces, pit-type furnaces, and vacuum furnaces. To ensure product quality, we are equipped with advanced inspection instruments such as the GROMA 08.10.06 coordinate measuring machine, LAB SPARK750 optical spectrometers, WAW-300G hydraulic universal testing machines, 4XC-V metallographic microscopes, and magnetic particle flaw detectors.
Our products include steel and aluminum forgings for a wide range of applications, including automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, rail transit, hydraulic systems, container lashing equipment, and forklift components.
