Approval Engineering and Safety S.r.l., is an automotive consulting firm whose area of expertise can be summarized in the acronym of its name: we operate in the world of construction equipment, agricultural machinery, exceptional vehicles and general work vehicles.

Strengthened by the experience gained in more than 30 years by one of the founding partners, A.E.S. has developed a deep knowledge in the procedures of homologation both national and thanks to the partnership with an accredited technical service we can manage the European homologation processes.

Thanks to the in-house technical department, we are able to develop virtual prototypes, FEM simulations and design from a blank sheet of self-propelled work machines, including extraction of workshop tables and dxf. We have also obtained validation of our virtual testing method from the Ministry of Transport, which allows us to conduct approval tests virtually instead of by physical testing.

As a natural consequence of the above knowledge, we have gained considerable experience in CE marking (risk analysis, manuals) of vehicles and machinery. We are able to assist the OEM in all stages of machine development and design, including evaluation of the principles of presumption of conformity dictated by harmonized legislation.
