Groeneveld-BEKA is the result of the merger of two established companies: Groeneveld and BEKA. Groeneveld was founded in 1971 and acquired by Timken in 2017. BEKA was founded in 1927 and acquired by Timken at the end of 2019. Groeneveld has also integrated Interlube into its brand. Interlube was acquired by Timken in 2013. Groeneveld-BEKA operates in over 40 countries worldwide and is represented in many countries by a growing number of independent dealers.

In addition, Groeneveld-BEKA systems are installed in the aftermarket for a variety of on- and off-road, agricultural, harbour equipment and industrial applications. Groeneveld-BEKA endeavours to design and manufacture all products in-house in accordance with World Class Manufacturing principles.
