Frederik is an agronomist with Danish consultancy firm Agroganic, helping his farmers in Denmark and abroad (mainly eastern Europe) to successfully implement and transition their farming systems towards notill crop establishment, cover cropping and integrated crop rotations with a special attention to profitable, high yield low impact farming systems with a large carbon cycle. Frederik practices what he preaches through extensive farming systems trials at his family home-farm which has been managed with no plowing for 25 years and true conservation ag for the last 11 years. Frederik holds an M.Sc. Ag degree from University of Copenhagen specialized in plant competition ecology.
